The indoor heated pool was the main reason my granddaughters and I came back for a girls' getaway for the third year in a row, but it has really gone downhill. The water was freezing, the pool was dirty, and there was a disgusting film on the tiles. The deck was just as dirty, breaking down, and needs resurfacing. It's disappointing to advertise a heated pool when kids won't swim because it's cold and filthy. The location and rooms are great, but I may not come back. I'm not paying over $300 for another disappointing night. Being a Bonvoy member didn't help with the price, and there weren't any senior fees or discounts available either.

Everyone at the front desk was among the nicest people I've met in that job. They were all so kind, but Ian was the sweetest, helpful and kind!!!

The room was fine, though the hotel feels dated and needs upgrading. The shower was terrible, barely any water came out, and the bedside light switches are on the wrong side of the lights, so you can't reach them from bed. The front desk staff were dismissive and seemed more interested in smoking cigarettes and hanging out in the parking lot than helping people. There's an embassy suites right next door that's a thousand times better. Go there, don't stay here.

We felt comfortable and safe during this quick overnight stay. The hotel is right off the highway, the customer service is attentive, and there's an indoor pool, which I haven't seen in a while. The entrance felt clean. Our king room was a decent size, clean, and had a work desk. The shower seemed renovated, but the AC was very dusty and set off our allergies. The walls are thin, although it wasn't a loud stay. There is a per-night parking fee, which I didn't understand since there's no security available.
