I'd rather deal with the actual manager than the housekeeper. She's rude, gets into people's business, and likes to start drama. I see her in the office with her boyfriend, acting as if they're the managers. She's often in her car with him drinking, or hanging around behind the stairs or in other people's rooms, and she never seems to be cleaning rooms.

The owner and staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and felt at home. It's clean, in a good location, and a hidden gem for the price, especially with new management updating the rooms. A great place to bring your family if you're in Branson. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

I came from San Diego to look at some properties and arrived here late at night. Angela was helpful and accommodating, the room was clean, and the location suited what I needed. I'd stay here again for a staycation type of night.

Manager Amanda is AMAZING. She always makes sure guests are satisfied, and if something comes up, she's attentive and does her best to fix it right away.

Amanda was wonderful, but our room was terrible. The housekeeper was very rude, spent her time on her phone or sitting in a car out front with some guy smoking, and wasn't cleaning rooms. We had to wait for the Manager to clean our room herself after the housekeeper was asked to do it. The housekeeper claimed she "couldn't hear the manager," though she had rolled up the car window. Unless they hire a new housekeeper, this place will keep getting 0 star ratings. No offense to Amanda.
