Element Branson

The staff were pleasant, and there were some good things about the hotel, but a few hassles made the stay less enjoyable. Each night the shower door let water out from the bottom, leaving a small puddle on the bathroom floor that I had to mop up. It wasn't a major leak, but it needs fixing. I also didn't like having to pay to park my own car in the hotel's lot, especially with few practical alternatives. Breakfast felt unnecessarily limited, too, with some items restricted to one per guest. If breakfast is included, guests shouldn't have to worry about how much they're allowed to eat.

The kitchen setup was a big plus for our family. It had a full-size fridge, oven range, dishwasher, and stocked dishes and silverware. Our room was comfortable, the pool was a hit with the kids, and the fitness center was clean, well supplied with towels, and nicely set up. The hotel is brand new, and everything was very clean and well cared for. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond. It's right off the strip, close to Branson attractions, especially family-friendly places. We had an amazing stay at Element Branson and can't recommend it enough. Five stars, and next time we'll stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful, with great customer service. The hotel was clean and new, and I liked the location near attractions and restaurants, including Starbucks!! It welcomes pets ❤️. A room at the back facing the woods has a nice view. Breakfast and an evening glass of wine with charcuterie were among the complimentary extras. There's also a small salt-water pool and fitness room. The $5 daily parking fee didn't seem necessary, and I didn't like seeing linens left in the hallway for hours, but neither changed my rating. I'd definitely recommend this hotel👌🏾.

We arrived for check-in around 8:30 pm with a reservation and payment information for four nights in a King Suite with a sofa bed for two adults and one child. But the room we were given was a King room without the sofa bed. The front desk gentleman said he'd already talked with his manager, who told him to give our reserved room to guests who checked in earlier, despite our reservation. He knew it would be a problem and said the manager had encouraged him to do it. Nobody called or contacted us about the room change or asked whether we agreed to it. At that hour, during Spring Break, we had to look for another hotel. Fortunately the new hotel was kind and accommodating, though it cost us extra at the last minute. We appreciate the honesty and compassion of the front desk staff at Element, but this is no way to treat guests at a new Branson hotel. The property looked very nice, and we're loyal members of Marriot Rewards, but we have no plans to stay at Element in the future. This experience was extremely disappointing.
