I was told by the office that local guests have to pay a $100 deposit because they're more likely to let homeless people stay here or take things from the room. As someone from the area, I found that really offensive.

The service was good, and the rooms are nice, with some having jetted tubs for relaxing. The location isn't bad either. There's a golf course across the road, and being on a hill means there are no flooding problems.
It's quiet and well maintained, with no riff raff. The rooms have a full-size fridge and microwave, a queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and a table and chairs. The manager is laid back and willing to work with you.
Of the extended-stay places in town, this is the best and safest I've stayed at. The turnover rate is low, and the people who live here are all friendly.
They were rude to the 10th degree. I was kicked off the property because I hadn't checked in before visiting my friend. By the way, their business license is revoked.
