The beds were so comfortable, and the bathroom lighting was great. The staff were lovely, housekeeping worked hard, and maintenance responded fast. When I needed a larger fridge, they got one to me quickly. They’re straightforward and don’t leave you confused. This place could use some care, and I’d like to see a better TV and sturdy locks for child safety. I’d definitely stay again. Come check out Greenbrier!

The king deluxe bed was extremely comfortable, and the AC worked well. But the couch was filthy, the carpets need replacing, and the walls need paint. The room just didn’t feel very clean. We paid $333.00 for three nights, and it wasn’t worth it. I won’t be back.

We had plumbing trouble and ended up washing dishes in the bathtub for almost the entire eight-day stay. The place smelled bad, was filthy, and had roaches that seemed to get into our things almost immediately. The rooms had no carpets, just flooring sprayed with material like you’d use on a garage floor. There were bugs everywhere, and the staff seemed questionable. The photos must be ancient because there’s no pool. We ran out as soon as we could. Pay a little more and avoid bringing home stowaway roaches. I’d give it minus five stars if I could, but one is the minimum.

The room was clean and neatly set up when I checked in. I had a spacious Jacuzzi suite, with towels arranged on the tub and a large flat-screen TV. The TV was missing cables and a remote when I came back around 10 p.m., but staff sent a manager quickly. After trying to connect the box and find another remote, maintenance replaced the box. They’d also called at about 4 p.m. on my arrival day to ask when I expected to get there, and said they’d have the air conditioning on so the room would be cool. Everyone was helpful and dedicated. The location worked well, on the main road near the music theaters and attractions. There was a go-kart track and water park across the street, handy for families with kids. The exterior looked a little dated, and the building next door looked like a hotel or apartments, though the rooms were nice. Rates were affordable, service was good, and I’d return for the clean rooms, modern amenities, and location.
