We booked a Jacuzzi king room more than two weeks ahead, but three hours before check-in they called to say its AC was broken and offered a regular king room with a sofa at a lower price. I agreed, thinking the problem might have just come up that day. After arriving, they charged $106 instead of $120, even though the downgraded room was $99, so the promised discount wasn’t what we’d agreed on. The room had neither a sofa nor a king bed. I checked for bed bugs and found dead ones under the mattress on the box springs, where they’d been covered up. I went back to ask for a refund. They offered a different room and a refund, but I didn’t think it was worth staying. This nearly ruined my girlfriend’s birthday weekend. There were no customers there, just employees, and I doubt the recent positive reviews are genuine. I’ll never return and will do what I can to keep others from going. Do not stay here.

I was wary after reading the reviews, but now I know there’s new management and I’d come back. We had a Jacuzzi room that was better than I expected, plus an amazing pool and jet tub. It’s a quiet little place with a nice spot to look out from.

The dogs had a big grassy space, the room was clean, and breakfast was phenomenal. The staff were so friendly too. Couldn’t have asked for better, thank you!

We spent four nights and five days here, and they were very accommodating. The staff were awesome, our room was clean, and the value was great. I also liked being away from the traffic on the main strip. If you’re after a clean place to sleep at a good price with friendly people, give them a chance. Thanks for having us!
