The Branson Waterpark Hotel

Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, with every kind of food you could want in a large, nice dining room. Mary Jane made sure we had everything, and she works hard, so please remember to tip her. The location is central and handy. Our room could use some sprucing up, but with two rowdy boys I didn’t have to worry about them breaking things. We had a nice few days over Spring Break. The waterpark didn’t open because of technical problems, so manager Aaron gave us a much appreciated discount on the rooms. He was very nice and verrrry patient with the boys, who loved the arcade and won lots of prizes. We’ll definitely be back!

The kids absolutely loved the Waterpark, and we couldn’t keep them out of it! Our group had a wonderful first stay at Branson Waterpark Hotel this weekend. Tony and Aaron in management were professional and attentive, making sure we had what we needed. Mary Jane and the kitchen staff served hot, fresh, delicious breakfast every morning, especially the made-to-order pancakes. Greg and his Housekeeping were friendly and helpful, and kept our rooms clean and comfortable. Customer service was top-tier from check-in. I’ll recommend the hotel to future clients traveling to Branson. Thanks, Branson Waterpark Hotel, for taking such good care of us.

My stay was terrible, and the room was unclean and in poor condition. The sink leaked into the carpet, the walls were dirty, the TV was so outdated I could barely see or hear it, and the room smelled like mold. I was placed in one of the older rooms on the 4th floor, the only floor that hadn’t been remodeled. Branson travel group didn’t know guests were being put there, since their contract says rooms must be updated and suitable for the number of guests. I had my kids with me for what we hoped would be a nice vacation. We did enjoy the trip, but our lodging was the worst part, and I won’t return. I was bitten both nights. I told Mary Jane, the only staff member available on site, about it each time. She works in the cafe, not at the front desk. I woke up itching and scratching on my last morning. The first night I found a bite on my thigh near my underwear line, and the second on my right side under my arm. I wore pajamas all weekend. The manager contacted me and said they found mosquitoes in the room. I think that was a lie, since I never saw a single mosquito. I was on the 4th floor, and the windows didn’t open. I would have thought they’d move us after the first complaint, but they didn’t.

The hotel was quiet, and we loved the waterpark. We had a fantastic weekend, and really appreciate you accommodating our entire dance team and their families. Mary Jane was wonderful in the kitchen, and we’re grateful for everything the staff did for us. I’ll definitely be back.
