The staff were friendly and helpful, and made sure housekeeping came to take care of an issue in my room. I had a good stay and slept well on the very comfortable bed. My room was much smaller than I expected, and the bathroom was even tinier. I thought only New York City had rooms like that, but I was wrong. I'm not much of a breakfast person, though I did have morning tea and loved the selection. If I stay here again, I'll ask for a normal-sized room. They could also add USB charging ports.

Everything was pretty average, and the room was small but comfortable. Getting into the location is a bit of a pain. The hall had an odd smell, and my neighbors were loud. Noise usually doesn't bother me, but I don't want to hear it while I'm awake. I did give it a full star for the ceiling light that actually lit the room.

The place was peaceful and well maintained, which made for a relaxing visit. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Good value for the quality. I'd definitely stay again.

I've stayed at this location eight to ten times over the last few years, but after my last two nights I doubt I'll return. I checked in around 8:30 p.m. the first night and was told they'd given my reserved room to a walk-in. They said the person had specifically requested that room type. In my opinion, the substitute was inferior, and they offered no compensation. The next morning, I went down around 8:30 for breakfast, planning only to get coffee, but there wasn't any. I had an appointment and had to leave. Service has gradually declined over the years I've stayed here.
