Super 8 by Wyndham Greensboro/Coliseum/Conv.

The location worked really well, with shops, restaurants, and a shopping center close by. Breakfast was great, especially the cold juices and the range of choices. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The bathroom fan was a bit loud, but it switched off when we turned off the bathroom lights. The ice machine was at the far end of the ground floor while we were on the second, though it was easy enough to find. I really liked how peaceful it was, and would recommend it for families.

The room was okay, but this was a bad hotel experience. The front desk guy gave me the wrong room, so I had to go up and down the stairs to someone else’s room. He didn’t apologize or show any sympathy about the unexpected situation I’d already taken an unwanted 20-minute drive to handle.

There were a few loud guests, but the clean rooms and great atmosphere made for a really good stay. The front desk staff and housekeepers were polite, respectful, and courteous throughout. I’ll definitely come back and recommend the place to others.

I would not recommend staying at this Super 8 by Wyndham, especially with family or friends in town. Guests aren’t allowed, and I saw signs everywhere saying the police department has access to the cameras. The place looked like a mess, and I saw SBI agents who seemed to be gathering evidence. It made me wonder whether something had happened while people were sleeping, but nobody said anything. Some people stay there for months, and they didn’t want to provide me with towels, sheets, or other service, so I had to do the housekeeping myself. The place was nasty and seemed infested with roaches, and the staff gave me the worst service I’ve had at a motel or hotel. It was the worst experience of my life. 🤢🤮
