The service at TownePlace Suites Chino Hills really stood out to me. Carmen Eslava was friendly and very professional, and greeted guests with a beautiful smile. She may be the best hotel employee I’ve ever met. It’s a great hotel.
6/10
The room smelled, the couch was horribly stained and should be thrown out, and both the shower and sink drains were clogged. It was gross and clearly not properly cleaned, with hair, dirt, and dog kibble on the floor. I had to stay the night, but I’m checking out a day early because I have better options.
6/10
The rooms were nice and looked after, and the hotel wasn’t terrible. But we stayed over 10 days and the Wi-Fi was awful. We told the front desk, and nothing changed. I also didn’t expect there to be no coffee before or after breakfast, or just a water fountain for water.
10/10
I felt well taken care of, and adding an extra night on the morning I was supposed to check out worked perfectly. I had a great time here.
10/10
It’s been a nice stay so far. The calm area is close to my job and has lots of nearby food options. Breakfast is the best, easy to grab on my way to work. The employees are helpful and patient with all my questions.
