The room was clean, smelled pleasant, and was quiet even though it’s so close to the highway. Nancy at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, explained everything clearly, and adjusted my IHG account, which is actually my wife’s, so we could still get the points. About ten minutes after I’d settled in, Nancy called the room to ask if everything was to my liking. I can’t remember the last time a hotel called to check whether I was comfortable. That’s why I’m writing this. Thank you to Holiday Inn. The best. Dave

The price felt fair for the comfort and quality. I had a great stay, with a clean, comfortable room that was thoughtfully arranged, had a nice mix of furniture, strong air-conditioning, and effective blackout shades. The towels and even the tissue were neatly folded with decorative touches, and daily restocking showed care. The receptionist made check-in easy and welcoming, and the local manager seemed genuinely invested in guests having a good experience. There are several good restaurants and a gym nearby. I did see that other reviews mentioned vagrants in the area, but they weren’t on hotel property, so I don’t consider that a hotel problem. Breakfast was a reliable Holiday Inn-style spread. Staff kept it stocked and moving even during the late rush, and they never ran out of cinnamon rolls, even when I came down at the last minute.

The place was clean and comfortable and a really good value. Breakfast let us down, though. We had to get to a soccer tournament early, and many of the main items weren’t replenished in time, so some of our players couldn’t get a proper breakfast.

We called a week ago to reserve and checked several times that there would be a crib for our one-year-old. Just last night, the staff reassured us one would be ready. Now, two hours before we arrive, we’ve been told they don’t have one. Apparently it’s being used by a family that’s been there for a few days and is staying two weeks. The staff were rude and disrespectful, with an attitude of “figure it out yourself.” We won’t stay at another Holiday Inn.
