Sleep Inn Nashville - Brentwood - Cool Springs

The location is great, and it’s peaceful and quiet. It also seemed cleaner than some other hotels, and there are other hotels nearby. The smell here is immaculate, really wonderful. But having no microwave in the rooms is a major hassle. You have to keep going down to the lobby to use theirs. Check-out is another problem: other hotels often let you stay until around noon or 1, but this one doesn’t, even though we’re not paying for a whole extra day. 🙂

Sleep Inn made our first trip to Tennessee memorable. Everything from check-in through check-out went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. We enjoyed the hot breakfast, especially the freshly made waffles. We really appreciated the comfort and hospitality, and I’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend it.

I was sent to the wrong room twice, and neither room had been cleaned or even opened up. I had to go all the way back to reception for help. The clerk was rude and unprofessional, talking on a personal call with the same attitude. She came to show me how to open the door and suggested I wasn’t doing it right, but she couldn’t open it either. Then she tried the next room, which made it clear she’d given me the wrong keycard. Once she realized, she asked if I wanted to stay at all since she’d given me a discounted price. I was amazed by the arrogance and stupidity. After checkout I told the morning staff what had happened and sent management the same message. They replied that they couldn’t fulfill every request and that their staff were trained. So apparently they’re trained to be rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. No point on

The customer care from Corey, the white man with long hair, and the two Hispanic women who cook breakfast was above and beyond. I’ve stayed here multiple times and really appreciate this hotel. If I need somewhere in the area again, I’ll definitely come back.
