Management and the online support team were no help at all, and guest relations was worthless. There was a drug needle in the stairwells, and the side doors had no card locks. The suspicious activity made this feel unsafe. Avoid staying here.

Right off Highway 85 in Brighton CO, this motel was a pleasant surprise. It's been nicely renovated and was surprisingly quiet, with a very comfortable bed and lovely, friendly staff. Only complaint: the guest dryer was really loud, lol.

The location was nice, but there are other hotels just two minutes away and I'd urge you to choose one of them. Our room was small, and the shower was covered in mold, which I was told is a known problem. We were so glad we only stayed one night. What a waste of money. Don't stay here.

I was quoted one price, but when I arrived it was higher, even though I'd already paid $85. They asked me for another $50 and hadn't told me about that charge. I was promised the extra money back within 24 hours, but it's been 10 days and I'm still waiting for the deposit. I probably won't stay at this location again.

We stayed here for a few months while waiting for our home to be ready, and the staff always made us feel welcome, even when we worried we were being a pest. Everyone was friendly, and the customer service and housekeeping were both exceptional. The views were nice on a walk to either side of the hotel, with several drive-thru restaurants an easy walk away. The one real problem was the very spotty signal. Working from home was a daily struggle because of it. Otherwise, a great place.
