The front desk woman was really nice and helpful, but that was the only good part of our stay. When we got to the room, there was a huge hole in the ceiling. Then we found hair in the bed that definitely wasn't ours, plus lipstick and what might have been blood. The shower pressure was awful, and the water kept swinging from very cold to extremely hot without us touching the dial. I wish the rooms were better maintained.

We booked this property mainly for the indoor pool and a king suite, but the reservation was changed to a suite without my knowledge, and when I went to the pool it was empty and under maintenance. I should have been told before we arrived. I've been told several times that I'd get a call back about a refund or some kind of compensation, but that hasn't happened. I'm still waiting to hear from management, Carla. What should have been a nice family trip took a turn after the booking changed.

The rooms were clean and our Thanksgiving family stay was pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was a real highlight. There was a booking mix-up and we got a king suite instead of two queen beds, but otherwise the stay was very good.

We've stayed at this location for years and had great service before. I checked in on January 23 between 8 and 9 PM. While bathing my baby, he dropped something on the floor. When I looked for it, I found lingerie that belonged to someone else in the room. We called the Front desk, and someone came up and took pictures. At first, they only offered free parking and a new room. But we checked under the bed and found more sexual items, including a bondage kit and a package for anal beads. It was disgusting. There's no way the room had been properly cleaned, since that stuff wasn't hard to miss. We didn't stay that night. The Front desk staff were very apologetic, and I appreciate that, but someone on the cleaning staff needs to be fired.
