I’ve been here two weeks today, and they’ve treated me well so far. I was placed here after something went wrong with my building, and was told I might be here a while. I have anxiety, and they’ve let me keep to myself and do my own thing without anyone getting in my space. That’s been really good for me. I think I’ve got at least another week, hopefully.

The room was clean and laid out like a bedroom apartment, and breakfast was great. Everyone on staff was friendly, too. It's a nice hotel in the Brookline part of Boston. Underground parking is available on site, though it costs a lot.

We were very happy with everything, especially how clean it was and how well we were treated. The team helped us a lot. Staff at the desk, housekeeping, and the manager were all friendly and professional. If I return to Boston, I’d try to stay here again. Thank you.

The free buffet breakfast had a decent range of dishes, and the shuttle to nearby hospitals was convenient, punctual, and attentive. The room worked well for a traveler, with a full kitchen, sofa, tables, and plenty of useful space. It's a very nice, clean hotel. A few things were faulty or missing: the TV didn't work, the conditioner dispenser was empty, and the hair dryer was defective. I'm sure the front desk could've sorted that out quickly if I'd called.
