Kasa’s team made this a cold, impersonal stay. There was no one on site to deal with my concerns, and I asked several times to be taken off their automated messaging list but never was. They manage rental units and sent repetitive texts and emails throughout the visit about quiet hours, parties, smoking, the 11:00 checkout, and a $200 lost-item charge. The messages were relentless. I’ve traveled all over the world and won’t stay somewhere managed by Kasa again.

The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and really comfortable, and the location was good value. I’d first rated it three stars because of booking complications, but the Kasa team did what they could to fix the issue, and I appreciate that.
