Comfort Suites Brunswick Town Center

I was grateful for my three-night stay and thankful for everything. The staff in every department were so kind and helpful. The pool was fabulous, breakfast was amazing, and the fitness gym was enough for me. This is the best Comfort Suites I could recommend.

The outside side door was never locked, so anyone could come in at any time. That's a serious safety concern. There's also only one elevator, and waits can get long. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job. Shyann and another housekeeper whose name I can't remember were polite and professional, which made up for the rude woman at check-in and the bad first impression. Even so, the customer service and security problems mean I won't stay here again.

The room was spacious, and the location in the suburbs was convenient, about 20 minutes from the airport. For what this chain is, it was a good place overall. The walls needed a coat of paint to cover the drywall repairs.

There were plenty of food and entertainment options close by, and the location worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and nice, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom and shower. The pool was nice too, though I would've preferred it a bit warmer. It was open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Breakfast ran from 6 to 10 a.m. and had lots of choices. The front desk also had free cookies in the evening, and in the morning there was a brown bag with bottled water, an apple, and a granola bar. That really came in handy. I'd come back in a heartbeat.
