Travelodge by Wyndham Brunswick near Frederick

Brittney made check-in quick and easy, and her help really mattered after a stressful travel day. Our rental car agency caused problems after a six-hour flight, and we were tired, upset, and facing another hour and ten minutes of driving to reach the hotel. We’d booked it to be closer to a family member’s wedding venue. Brittney suggested things to do nearby and said we could come to the staff with any concerns. When we thought the mini fridge wasn’t cooling, she immediately called maintenance while we went to dinner at the diner. It just needed time, and by morning it was working perfectly. She responded quickly and seemed to care about what we needed. The room was only a few steps from the diner, which made access easy. There’s an ice machine, a workout room, and vending machines. I was shocked by how clean the room was, cleaner than many name-brand hotels we’ve stayed in. The sheets and pillows smelled freshly laundered, and the toilet and bathtub sparkled. Travel can be a pain, so this stay felt like a breath of fresh air. I’m grateful to the staff, especially Brittney, for their kindness and hospitality. Paula cooked our food at the diner, and it was so delicious. A nice housekeeper with glasses also kept checking in to see if we needed anything, and quickly brought things to our room when we did.

Check-in at the diner was easy, and we grabbed a sweet treat before bed. We stayed one night, and the very clean room was comfortable. Breakfast there the next morning was enjoyable too.

The diner next door always smells like it has great food, though I haven’t eaten there yet. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and loved it each time. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the location is convenient and quiet.

The attached retro diner is adorable, and the staff there were great. I asked for a very simple breakfast, and they were wonderful about it. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone, and the diner is a nice extra. My room was just right. I’d requested a single on the ground floor for health reasons, and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. They even helped unload my car.
