The front desk gentleman greeted us with a big smile and genuine warmth when we arrived tired and low on energy late at night. He surprised us with a complimentary suite upgrade, a thoughtful gesture that lifted our spirits after a long day. That kindness turned this into one of the small but memorable highlights of our trip. We stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Buena Park Feb 1-2 after a full day around LA and Buena Park. Parking in the free onsite lot was easy, and check-in went smoothly. Snacks were available to buy, which was handy for late-night munchies. The room was clean, comfortable and easy to get to, just what we needed before leaving on our cruise the next morning. We rested well and had the complimentary breakfast. It was standard for this sort of hotel, but filling and a nice start to the day. Sometimes it's the people who make a stay special. We'd absolutely stay again.

The room was clean, but my daughter left her brand new prescription on the counter in room 413, and housekeeping stole it. When I spoke to someone at the front desk around noon on 3/4, they were no help at all. There's zero accountability, and we won't be back. This was our fourth or fifth stay for Knott's, but we'll not return. We also plan to escalate it to Hilton corporate. I hope they choose to do better.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff were super nice, and breakfast was complimentary every morning. It was decent, with eggs, sausage, toast, waffles and yogurt. The location was really good. Even beside the highway, it was very quiet at night and I slept like a baby. I'd come back 100%.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Buena Park Aug 18 to 19th. One morning at breakfast, a woman using a wheelchair who was traveling alone wasn't feeling well and wanted to take her food to her room. Guests helped her, and Renato got plastic wrap for her. When she was ready to leave, she couldn't move the wheelchair and carry her breakfast at the same time. I asked Renato if someone could help her get back to her room. He immediately said yes, went to get ready, and quickly returned to push her there, even though her room wasn't on the first floor. Renato was efficient, helped beyond what I expected, and returned to his duties promptly. The hotel is lucky to have him.

It's clean and well serviced, with a good continental breakfast. Just so you know, pets are welcome, but there's a non-refundable $75 surcharge.
