I was here for work for two nights, and it was a terrible stay. The power went out on my first night, leaving me without heat until morning. Once the power came back, the TV still didn’t work, and I had no TV for the rest of the visit. I understand the outage wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it wasn’t mine either. Management handled it terribly and wouldn’t even comp one night for all the trouble.

Jess made our Saturday night with the family a 10/10. We were getting away from the negative temperatures, and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, especially our one-year-old. She was an absolute delight. Thank you, Jess. We’ll be back at The Country Inn & Suits in Buffalo, MN!

It’s easy to get in and out, and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. I’ve stayed here a handful of times when I’m in the area and plan to keep coming back. Great place for a night.
