The biggest help was getting to the airport at 4:30 a.m. Taxi service was overbooked, so the man who'd checked me in at 7 p.m. drove me himself, free of charge. The staff were wonderful, so nice and helpful. My room was nice, though the sheets and blankets smelled sour, like they'd sat too long in the washer or been put away damp, and the carpets need replacing. Still, it was just what I needed for the night, and I'm happy with my stay. Thank you.

The staff were friendly, and when we lost a room key they said it was no problem. We stayed three nights as a family and were satisfied enough. Our room was clean enough for us, the bedding was fine, the bathroom was clean, and although the furniture looked old, it wasn't in bad shape. The smell was the worst part. It seemed like the carpets and walls had held onto an old smoking smell. We weren't there much during the day, so we put up with it. The carpets especially needed a good cleaning. The common areas weren't as clean as our room, with halls needing a vacuum and a stained, dirty-looking couch. I might stay again if I only needed a place to sleep, but if I planned to spend more time there, I'd consider somewhere else.

My family came to help me move for school, and we spent two days here. I was so scared for my life that I can't even sleep while writing this. They said our room was ready, but it wasn't close to being cleaned. My dad waited over 40 minutes while they found another room. There was trash by the stairs, and our room had a broken fridge, AC, and shelf cabinet. The door had scratch marks like a bear had clawed it up, and the halls smelled the way other reviewers mentioned. This doesn't feel family friendly or anywhere near livable. Please think carefully before booking.

We stayed for a week, and housekeeping brought fresh towels each day and changed the sheets for us. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was big and comfortable. The beds were a bit lumpy, though, so I didn't sleep well. Still, we had a great stay.
