We stop at this hotel often on our trips up to Washington. Its location near lots of stores and restaurants makes it a convenient break, and there's a Tesla 250KW Super Charger in the parking lot, which is handy for electric cars. The rooms are decent for the price. Once, ours had damp carpet and a small smell, so we asked to move and were given another room.

The place was extremely clean and had contemporary decor, and we had a really enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was run efficiently and delivered what you'd want from a hotel at this price.

Marcie from housekeeping brought extra coffee pods and hot chocolate for my grandson, which was such a warm and thoughtful gesture. She was genuinely kind and went above and beyond. The staff were friendly and the rooms were great, with outstanding service all around. People like Marcie make you want to return. Well done!

The gym has filtered water, and the front desk staff showed me where it was and even opened the door so I could fill my bottle. The service was excellent. There's a nice pool and a well-equipped exercise area, plus spacious, comfortable rooms with a very cozy bed. The lobby has plenty of places to sit and relax. Breakfast was decent, with eggs, turkey sausage, oatmeal, and other options.

Chase Travel made a mess of my booking, which wasn't the hotel's fault. I arrived at 11:30 PM, and after another 30 minutes on the phone, Chase still hadn't fixed anything. Wyatt at the front desk was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. Since it was so late, he decided to let me check in. Five stars for Wyatt and truly great customer service.
