I work at a learning center and handle calls with parents and grandparents, so I know getting things done quickly matters. But a good phone experience needs warmth too. I started my call feeling excited and hung up feeling deflated, even though I spoke with all three people for less than three minutes total. I called the number on the website and spoke with three different people. One gave me a more direct number, and on my second call I was transferred. The first person went quiet after I thanked them and said goodbye, then simply hung up without saying farewell. The second transferred me without warning, which caught me off guard. A quick heads-up like, “Please hold while I transfer you,” would have helped. The last person, who seemed more senior, did say goodbye after I wished them a good day. I’m not sure whether anyone treated me differently because I wasn’t booking a room, and I’m not claiming that was intentional. Still, the interaction left a sour impression. I appreciate the resort and hope to visit someday, and I’m sharing this as constructive feedback because small moments reflect on the company. It may be worth retraining staff who speak with the public by phone. People should feel valued just for reaching out. Thanks for the services you provide to the community.

The buffet was generous and satisfying, and the desserts were my favorite part. My aunt and I went for Christmas brunch, where the displays looked beautiful. Live music made it even more enjoyable, with several guests, me included, singing along with the artist. A lovely way to spend a holiday with family and friends.

I was here for a Rotary conference, and I’m glad they picked Lake Lanier. It had been about 25 years since my last visit to Lanier Island resort, and I was struck by how beautiful it was. The service was friendly and the accommodations were fantastic. I’m looking forward to coming back soon.

My suite was bright, spacious, and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The resort itself was clean and nice too. With fireplaces, swimming, hot tubs, and boating, it feels like a real outdoor escape. A relaxing place to get away.

The patio door in my room wouldn’t open, and nobody addressed it during my three-day, two-night stay. The room cleanliness was mediocre, which suggested a lack of standards. The location was nice, but there were signs of maintenance issues throughout the facility.
