The room was enormous, with a fireplace, balcony, separate room, and a huge bathroom. My boss had booked it for a work weekend, and I think it must have been a master suite. I loved it and really appreciated the helpful staff, free breakfast, gym, and pool with jacuzzi.

The complimentary breakfast is a nice way to start the day, and my family enjoys staying here too. We feel comfortable and looked after, and the rates are among the best around for the rooms, service, and extras. I’ve stayed at the Best Western John Jay Inn Calexico several times. They’re welcoming to pets, the fee is reasonable compared with other places, and bringing my dog hasn’t been complicated or stressful. Since I live in the Imperial Valley and we sometimes have power outages, it’s reassuring to have this as a dependable place to stay. The staff have always been kind and accommodating, and I feel at home here. Whether you’re visiting or live nearby and need a room, it’s a solid choice.

I’ve been coming back for years and plan to return. There aren’t many options around Calexico, and the room prices feel a little steep given the neighborhood. It’s an older place, but it’s well maintained. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is OK.

There’s a pool, jacuzzi, and small gym, and the free breakfast was delicious. It felt cozy and kid friendly. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful when I checked in and out.
