Ramada Knoxville

The breakfast was awful: hard sausage patties, nasty premade overcooked eggs, and cold gravy and biscuits. The hotel is very dated and run down, with dirt visible along the baseboards, a broken TV in my room, and furniture and carpet that need replacing. Most outlets are loose and won't hold a phone charger. There are cigarette butts all through the flower beds. This place needs updates and a management team that cares.

The beds weren't very comfortable, and after driving 16 hours straight, all I wanted was a proper towel for a shower. Instead, they provided just two towels for four people, and they were hand towels to dry our bodies with. Then they charged me twice and won't remove the extra charge. I'm glad we were only passing through.

Furniture is old and needs updating, and at most this is a 1.5 star hotel. It definitely wasn't worth the price. Then they stole my stuff, and when I called, they denied that anyone had turned anything in. Worst hotel I've stayed in.

The rooms were large and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a full, complimentary hot breakfast, and it was a great deal. Getting on and off the interstate was easy. It's close to the road, but the noise wasn't a problem.
