We picked this La Quinta because it was close to my nephew’s graduation, and the location was convenient. But the room was dirty and customer service was poor. There was a roach on the floor, and one of the beds was filthy with crumbs. We complained and they brought clean sheets for us to put on ourselves. I’ll never stay there again. At $200 a night, I expect a clean room.

I appreciated being allowed to check in early after a very long drive, and that would make me consider staying again. The rooms are pretty nice, though a bit awkward. The smart TV works, but there are no instructions, and I couldn’t figure it out. I’ve been stuck watching Tubi for two days.

Nice rooms and a great atmosphere. They changed my bed and cleaned up my room, and breakfast was nice too. I recommend this place.

I booked a room on booking.com for my autistic son’s birthday so he could just swim in the pool. I’d paid upfront, but when I showed up, the man added another $100 for a deposit and wouldn’t refund the room cost. I told him that was literally the last dollar I had and I needed it back for my son’s birthday. He laughed and told me to call corporate.
6/10
The room smelled like dog and mildew, there weren’t enough towels or pillows, and the carpets need replacing. The walls were old and damaged, just painted over. The pool was basic and needs remodeling. This is a hotel regularly used by truckers, and when we arrived someone was being arrested in the parking lot. The hotel was okay, but it felt like they’d just painted over the problems.
