Neil and AP were amazing, taking care of us and finding a solution for every problem. They were so accommodating through everything, and I wish every hotel had staff like them. Kim helped with our reservation too, even though I didn’t get to meet her, so thanks to her as well. The hotel was pretty clean, with smoking and nonsmoking rooms, and the location is incredibly convenient with so much nearby. There’s also a guest laundromat downstairs; the prices were so reasonable that washing and drying a load cost less than just washing it at a laundromat. I’d definitely return next time I’m in town, and I’m going to get one of those cool balcony rooms!

There’s a Cracker Barrel within walking distance on one side and a Hooters on the other. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and breakfast had a good selection. Neil at the front desk was excellent when we checked in and again at checkout, and we even received a goodie bag when we left. I totally recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and a great value, with good service overall. One guy at the front desk wasn’t helpful, but everything else was decent. Breakfast could use improvement. For a Mainstay property, I’d still say the stay was above average.

Neil took great care of me when I showed up tired and without a reservation. He found me a room with a balcony, and it was my BD. The place was clean and roomy, and Neil’s professionalism made the decision for me. Couldn’t have chosen better. I’ll be back.

I’d booked Mainstay off Merchants Ave through Expedia, but my reservation wasn’t in the system when I arrived, and the third party wouldn’t refund me. Shakeria, an employee with MainStay, helped me get my money back since I couldn’t stay. She’s an exceptional employee!
