Most of the staff are great, but why doesn’t anyone communicate properly when the washer and dryer are out of order? I had only $6 for laundry, and the unmarked broken dryer took half of it. The front desk wouldn’t reimburse me, even though cameras could show I wasn’t lying. Six weeks of calling the line? Looks like we’re wearing wet clothes this week.

The location is the only upside. I’m here because my company booked it, and I haven’t seen a live bug, but I’d only stay if you’re stuck or very short on money. The bedding, towels, and curtains all have holes, and the curtains are busted. There are holes all over the walls, along with random questionable stains. The walls are so thin I can hear the dog at the end of the hall while I type this. At this price, I expect few amenities, but not dirty, ripped things. Guests shouldn’t be given torn linens, and dingy towels should be thrown out. If I could leave, I would.

I’d been here 24 hours when I tried to warm up food. Turning on the microwave cut power to both the kitchen and bathroom. Even after I switched rooms for the night, I wasn’t satisfied with the property. Big shout out to SARAH for doing her absolute best!

The continental breakfast is just a small basket of muffins and snack bars kept behind the desk, so you have to ask for one. We found a mattress cover, thank God, when we checked for bed bugs, but both of us had trouble with allergies while sleeping on the bed and pillows. My spouse doesn’t even have allergies, and antihistamines barely helped me. I was changing when a man who worked there walked into the room without knocking. Twenty minutes after check-in, his female coworker had knocked to check whether the previous guests had left and whether we were the new guests. Ten minutes later, he walked in to ask the same thing without knocking. I don’t know how they lost track of who had checked in twice within half an hour. The pillow was stained. I asked for extra washcloths because the ones in our room were concerning, and they gave me stained rags. There was hair all over the tub and hair in the bed. I bought Clorox wipes from the Target across the street to clean, and I don’t think they dust at all.
