The room was clean, and that’s the only positive thing I can say about this place. I had reserved and paid in advance for a queen bed, but when I arrived they told us they’d sold out quickly and gave me a twin instead. I haven’t slept in a twin since I was 10, at summer camp!

Everyone was professional from my reservation call to the time I left. I think Kylie took my booking by phone, and Sandi checked me in. My card had a problem, but Sandi took the time to help me sort it out. I can’t remember the housekeeper’s name, maybe Peyton, but the room was beyond clean. Great hotel and great staff, and everyone loved my dog. I’d recommend it to anyone. I only gave the location fewer stars because of all the noise from I40.

Cali at the front desk was the nicest, answered all my questions about the UT game that day, and gave us a little bag with water and snacks when we checked in the night before. It was my first time. The room was a bit small for an extended stay, though bigger than a regular hotel room, and I liked having a microwave, full-size fridge, desk, table, and chairs. The office, room, and whole property, inside and out, were clean and felt safe. The only real downside was stepping in dog poop in the grass outside my room. I blame the pet owners, not the hotel. There was no toilet paper holder, just a roll on the back of the toilet, and the shower controls seemed to have hot and cold switched. Neither was a deal breaker. I’d definitely stay again, but not for more than two nights because the bed is too firm for me. I was pleasantly surprised, since the reviews hadn’t set my expectations high.

Everything was fine until I found bed bugs. They comped me another room at a different location, but downgraded me to a queen and still charged full price. They only sprayed to treat the bed bugs. Assistant General Manager Brad will lie about your balance and credit, so be sure to get a printout. I wish I could upload photos and a video of the bugs, but my lawyer will handle that. They said the bed bug had been removed and the room inspected, but it hadn’t even been vacuumed. They’re a joke. I wouldn’t stay here again for a dollar.
