Sea Otter Inn

The best part of our Cambria getaway was how easy it was to enjoy the coast, and SeaOtter Inn was in just the right spot. My friend and I got to town without a long or expensive trip, then fit in wine tasting, dinner at Moonstone Restaurant, and time by the fire pits on our first afternoon. The next morning, breakfast was waiting at the door, and we walked along the beach and boardwalk before the rain came. I actually love the coast in stormy weather, so that suited me fine. We browsed shops between showers, had lunch at Linns Restaurant, then relaxed in our room with the fireplace and the sound of the waves. After dinner at La Cambritas, we came back to our comfy beds and the fire. We got another breakfast basket and some cookies to take home the next morning. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room felt cozy, and being so close to the ocean was refreshing. We'll be back.

The room was clean, cozy, and felt safe, and the fireplace made it especially nice in the cold weather. I also liked the sea otter touches. Each morning, breakfast arrived in a basket at the door, which was a cute idea, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. It's quiet at night, so you can hear the waves while falling asleep. On my first little trip here, I enjoyed the ocean view and the easy boardwalk access for fresh air and photos. There are restaurants nearby too, and you can walk to them on a nice day. I'd definitely return. 🦦

We had a sisters' trip and stayed in a suite on the water side, with a deck and chairs facing the ocean. The suites sleep six, which worked well for us. When we called about a fireplace issue, someone responded within minutes. We loved both Cambria and this place. A must!

We were in Cambria for the annual Christmas Market at the Cambria Pines Inn, and the shuttle came right to the Sea Otter Inn to pick us up. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast suited us perfectly. The location also made things easy, with the beach nearby and the cute town of Cambria just a few minutes away. Our King suite worked well for two couples: one spacious bedroom had an ocean view and small patio, while the other was also large and had its own bathroom and side patio. The room was clean and had everything we needed.
