I used to stay here many times, but the new owners are horrible. They seem focused on money now. $500 for a week? The rate changes every time I come. I can't stand dealing with these people.

The manager was extremely rude and doesn't communicate with the staff. My room went uncleaned for a week, and there were lots of black Beatles in the room, including in the bed. It's not worth $20 a night. The low price makes sense when you get poor service, dirty rooms, and disrespectful staff. You get what you pay for.

I want a full refund. My receipt says I paid for one night in a king room, but the bed in the room I got was a queen. I normally wouldn't make a big deal of that, but I paid extra for the listed amenities and expected to receive them. On top of that, the electricity kept cutting in and out overnight. There was no AC, and the window wouldn't open.

The location is perfect, and that may be the motel's best feature. The other issues were manageable, but I haven't walked into a motel room that felt this uncomfortable or was hotter than the air outside. It was around 100° when we arrived in the middle of summer, and the air felt thick. The small AC was underpowered. It took at least four hours to cool the room by even a couple of degrees, with heat still coming off the walls. I'd have expected the manager or owner to turn it on before check-in so the room would be at least around 80° and a little cooler than outside. The shower only ran warm, so there was no way to cool off. There was black mold in the bathroom, a broken window in the shower, and a comforter I didn't trust enough to use. It was summer in AZ, so I didn't need it anyway. As we walked up, an escort was standing outside our room. If you're looking for one, this seems convenient. That's a 4/5 for that feature, which we had no intention of using 😂. I wouldn't have had a single complaint if the AC had been adequate or switched on before we got there.
