The hotel itself was as lovely as ever, with a quiet, beautiful setting, and parking is free on certain nearby streets on weekends. The restaurant, though, doesn’t seem to be what it once was. Service took a long time, food was slow coming out, and about four menu items were unavailable. A few people left because of the wait. It felt like they were badly understaffed and unprepared for even a moderate crowd. The restaurant used to be amazing, so that was disappointing.

Adriana and Imani made my visit a great one. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the minute I arrived. Adriana kept things running smoothly, and Imani patiently answered my questions and made sure I left satisfied. Their teamwork and positive attitude stood out. Service this good is rare, and I really appreciate their help. I’d recommend the place because of them.

I was here for a friend's fundraiser, not as a hotel guest, so I can’t speak to the rooms. The event space was excellent, the DJ kept everyone dancing, and the food was the highlight, everything they served was amazing. There’s also a nicely sized outdoor seating area with firepits, plus a bar in the main lobby. The hotel looks very nice, and I’d like to stay overnight sometime to experience more of it. The Philly skyline views from the location are beautiful.

I had a very happy stay. The hotel is in a great spot, and the city and Ben Franklin Bridge views are beautiful. My room was clean and really nice, and the restaurant was great too. Parking does cost extra. I’d recommend it to anyone.

At night, the view from my room over the Ben Franklin bridge and Philly skyline was a great sight. The front desk team were welcoming and helpful, and I’d definitely return to this Hilton on the Camden waterfront. The surrounding area is a bit quiet, with lots of parking lots and not much going on, but I could walk along the waterfront, and Walt Whitman Home National Historic site is a short distance away. It was his home for the last decade of his life.
