Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Canton Riverstone Parkway

The property is well kept, very clean, and has a welcoming feel. The scent throughout the hotel was so good that I asked what they used and ordered it for home. Staff were courteous and attentive. Christy (or Kristy) at the front desk called my room to check that everything was sufficient, exactly the kind of service I love. I especially liked having to swipe my key card in the elevator to reach my floor. As a solo business traveler, safety matters. It was a very pleasant business stay, and I'd recommend it. Thanks for going above and beyond! 😊

La Toya Johnson made our arrival at Fairfield Inn in Canton, GA easy. She greeted us with a smile and got us checked in without any hassle. The breakfast and the serving staff were great too. I'd stay here again. Thanks, La Toya!

Judy at the front desk was thoughtful and kind when my husband had a medical emergency that took us to the ER. It was stressful, and she went out of her way to help. When we came back from the hospital, she had fresh baked cookies waiting for us. She knew my husband likes the cookies they put out every day at 4 p.m. William at the front desk was also very welcoming and friendly when we arrived after a long travel day. The weekend breakfast attendant, whose name I didn't get, made sure we had everything we needed each morning and even made me a waffle and brought it to my table. The hotel was clean, in a great location, and had lovely staff from start to finish.

The place feels, smells, and looks new, with a great location and layout. Check-in was a little off, though. I had to ask about my points and for water, and nobody acknowledged my Marriott status.
