These condos are really nice, and we love their location right on the Guadalupe river, with tubing next door. Some units have more supplies than others. This time ours didn't have a can opener or dish soap. Someone in our extended family stays here at least once or twice each summer.

We enjoyed the porch, the reclining sofas, comfortable beds, starter packs, well-stocked kitchen, and great views at #107. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. The condo was well equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the location is great. The master bath's walk-in shower was especially good for me since I have mobility challenges. The condos are small and quiet, and we've stayed both in and out of season. They're close to everything, handy for river time or day trips to local gems like Wimberley. In the off season it feels like a single-home residence, with private access to the pool and river, and the security guard isn't constantly around. This was our second year in a row, and we'll be back next year for sure.

The views from Condo #113 were breathtaking and seem perfect for fishing enthusiasts. Our family loved the place. It was spacious and clean, and we'll definitely return. We highly recommend it.

The river section is secluded and within a gated community. These condos have great river access, and tube rental is an easy walk away.

Great spot right on the river, and there's a PB court too. These are the best residences in Comal County, OMG.
