Coco Sands Villas

We stayed in villa 17 before boarding a cruise, and it was a great overnight stop. The rooms were a good size, very clean and inviting, and the sleep number beds were a nice touch. The bathrooms and kitchen are accessible, though the small entry door likely means it doesn’t meet ADA requirements. There’s a patio door, though. There were no bath towels at first, but there were towels for six, and the agent offered to drive two hours to bring us some. That’s service! There was also a funky musty smell, but that’s Florida for you, everything’s moist here. We’ll stay again.

The room was quaint and very clean, and my wife and I were treated like family and friends. The employees were outstanding and so helpful. They deserve more than five stars. I could keep going, but I don’t want to ramble. Awesome job, everyone.

The place was surprisingly spacious, well kept, cute, and comfortable. It’s a few blocks from the beach, close to the port for cruises, and you can walk to food. Loved our stay.

If you’re looking at Cape Canaveral or Cocoa Beach, this is the place to stay. It costs less than chain hotels, the beach is a couple of blocks away, and there’s a really clean, nice patio and backyard. WOW!
