Rhythm of The Sea

We chose the large back suite, New Jersey, and had plenty of room to spread out. The inn was beautiful and historic. Since it was a quiet night, with just one other couple staying there, our host kindly let us look at the other rooms. We were there the night after Christmas to see downtown Cape May. Breakfast was lovely: thick blueberry French toast with scrambled eggs on the side. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. A+ for the location and A++ for the hosts. We'll be back!

Rhythm of the Sea makes it easy to go out or stay flexible with the weather. They provide bikes and beach chairs, and the place is literally across from the beach. Breakfast is delicious each morning, and home-baked cookies are available all day. The staff are as nice and helpful as you could imagine. There are lots of places to stay in Cape May, but this B&B is the best combination of price, service, and location for us. It's romantic, too, and I've returned every year because a getaway like this is hard to find.

We stayed in the pet-friendly Carriage House beside the main house and loved every minute. The B&B is stunning, tucked into the quieter part of Beach Ave. Kate and Maura are absolutely lovely hosts, and the chef makes phenomenal breakfasts. They provide everything from beach towels and chairs to bikes, plus fresh-made cookies. Highly recommend.

Kate and her team gave us a wonderful mid-December stay. We've been coming to Rhythm of the Sea for over ten years, and the staff, accommodations, and breakfasts have always been superior.
