Everyone on staff was absolutely great. There’s a courtesy van that can take you where you need to go and pick you up afterward. They also provide beach chairs and umbrellas, transport them to and from the beach, and set them up for you. A great place to stay in Cape May.

My husband and I just got back from a quick trip to Cape May, and choosing the Mahalo was the best decision. We loved everything about it, especially the wonderful staff. A special shout-out to Sue at the front desk. She was amazing and a real asset to the hotel. Can’t wait to come back.

The staff were very friendly and service was quick. Our ground-level room didn’t have a direct beach view, but the rooms were nice and clean. The kitchenette was very nice too, with dishes and cutlery.

The pool was nice for a swim, and everything was within walking distance. I spent a long weekend here and had fantastic help from the front desk getting to my room and explaining the check-in process and amenities. There’s free shuttle service to local places, bikes if you want one, and complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella. The amenities were amazing, and the rooms were too. They were serviced every day.

Olandieu, Sue, Eloise, Eric & Jojo made my time there memorable. They were funny, warm, and accommodating, and I felt like I was among family. I spent more time chatting with them at the front desk than doing anything else, and I loved every minute of it. Lol!
