The ocean view from my balcony was amazing, and my room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I spent five nights here while visiting my daughter. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants, and I enjoyed karaoke nearby. We had amazing espresso martinis at the rooftop bar. Thanks to Sarah LaCroix and the Springhill Suites team for a very clean, comfortable, amazing stay!

Sarah L. and Darren went above what we expected for our milestone anniversary. A few days before arriving, I messaged to ask whether we could be added to the upgrade list. They moved us to an ocean view suite and arranged flowers and tasty treats in the room. My wife and I picked Springhill Suites San Diego Carlsbad because we love being close to everything in the village. We also enjoyed the rooftop lounge and its amazing views. It’s a gem in Carlsbad village, and we’ll return often.

The staff were warm and kind, and Esteban Sevilla especially made sure the roughly 40 reps with our Sound United Rep meetings crew were well looked after. The Springhill suites is across from the ocean, with a beautiful view from the rooftop bar.

I love staying here. It’s close to the beach, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are very clean and smell good. Breakfast is served every day, and it’s very good. There’s a rooftop restaurant, plus a parking lot and street parking.

Sarah LaCroix marked my husband’s 85th birthday with a cute sign and a bag of snacks waiting in our room. We were so touched. Everyone on staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms and facilities are roomy and nice. We love the town and beachside location, and we’ll be back!
