Best Western Allatoona Inn & Suites

Pavan made us feel welcome right away. We were worn out driving home to SC from Alabama, didn’t know the town or its hotels, and felt a bit nervous about choosing a place on the spur of the moment. He chatted and joked with us and suggested places to eat. I teased him that I’d leave a great review if the room was clean, and he said he was sure it was, but to let him know if we needed anything or it wasn’t up to standard. We walked in and were impressed. We’d just stayed somewhere more expensive, and this was a much better experience. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in the area. Thanks, Pavan, for helping us relax.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the place surprised me in a good way. It was easy to find, quiet, and the desk person was friendly and personable. I got a handicap room for some reason, but it worked fine for what I needed, and there was an elevator. The room was clean and updated, with a microwave, fridge, hairdryer, coffee maker, working AC, lots of TV channels, and WiFi that worked fine. The beds were comfortable, and the motorized window shades were a nice feature. There’s a gas/convenience store next door. Breakfast in the dining room runs 6-9 and was nice: eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, yogurt, fruit, toast, cereal, coffee, and juice. Pets are allowed for an extra $20. One surprise was the $50 security deposit, though I got it back at checkout. I’d stay here again.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and the bed was comfortable. My room was clean and nice, and the whole hotel was spotless and smelled great. The staff were super friendly too. It was a wonderful stay, an 11 out of 10 for me, and I’d recommend the place and stay whenever I get the chance.

The room was a decent size, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had Argon shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. But this wasn’t the Best Western we’re used to, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The room could’ve been cleaner, and there was a large roach, or something like one. The breakfast looked good, but I didn’t trust the milk: the spout for whole milk had mold inside, or at least needed replacing, and the 2% option was broken. I wouldn’t let the kids have any. The shower head barely trickled, the pillows were hard, and the AC controls were basically useless. It was hot in the room, though the display said 56°. Maybe 76°.
