Stopped in late for a much-needed recharge and got a nice surprise. The shower pressure was fantastic, and the clean, comfortable room was a great value. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

After a long drive in the rain, it was a relief to find the motel right off the interstate. KP, the host, and the housekeeping staff were kind and accommodating. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable, and both the heat and AC worked fine. Good water pressure too. The bathroom could use upgrades: a comfort height commode, grab bars by the shower or tub, a door hook, more shelf space, and a blow dryer. All told, it was a great road trip stop with good sleep, good value, and awesome service. I'd definitely recommend it for a rest on the road.

We left right after checking in to find another hotel. The room wasn't clean, and we found roaches. That's unacceptable, especially on a busy event weekend when families need somewhere safe and sanitary. We'd booked for a cheer competition weekend, but the amount charged was higher than the rate we originally reserved. The front desk person was very rude, brushed us off, and wasn't helpful about sorting out the difference. Between the extra charge and awful room, the whole experience was frustrating. I wouldn't recommend the hotel and hope management takes these problems seriously.

The only issue was the pool. It was advertised, but the area was shut down and run down, which made the place look bad and was a real disappointment when we'd paid for an amenity we couldn't use. The rest of our stay was very good. The room was spacious, clean, and fresh smelling, with clean linens and towels, a refrigerator, and a cable TV. The bed was super comfortable, shower pressure and AC were great, and we saw no pests or signs of them. The outside property was clean with no one causing a disturbance, and the staff got us settled quickly. The location is right off I-75, near plenty of stores and restaurants open 24/7. I'd recommend it to family and friends.
