The big parking lot and easy access made this a convenient stop while I was on the road, with several good restaurants nearby. I stay at Marriott properties around the country and have seen plenty of hotels, and this Courtyard stood out. It was well cared for, the staff were especially friendly and helpful, and the stay felt comfortable and smooth. I’ve saved it as my usual stop when I’m passing through.

Our annual meeting at the Courtyard Raleigh Cary/Parkside Town Commons went smoothly, from the Executive Board Meeting and Member Meeting through the reception. The event spaces were in great shape, communication was prompt, and the team paid attention to details and helped whenever needed. They made our attendees feel welcome and supported from the planning stage to the event itself. We’re grateful for the care and hospitality that made the gathering memorable, and hope to work with them again.

The food was so good we ordered dinner twice! Ashley took great care of getting us set up and answering our questions, and Corey in the lounge/bar and food area was fun and pleasant. The hotel and rooms were beautiful, clean, and had great amenities. My kid and I have found a new staycation tradition for special occasions. Thanks for making my son’s 13th birthday comfortable and memorable. Everything felt perfect.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable, with fairly new mattresses, and the rooms and hotel were clean. I’d read the reviews before coming and can say from my own stay that they were right about this place. The staff were great too. If you’re in the Cary area, give it a try.

The people here made things easy, especially Milly at the front desk and Mick, the shuttle driver, who were kind and helpful with important transportation for my wife and me. Our room was spacious and had up-to-date technology, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was incredible. We had a great stay. The bartender was engaging as well.
