Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Cary I-40

We really enjoyed how close the hotel was to Target and nearby restaurants. The rooms and shared areas were clean and spacious, and everyone we dealt with, from the front desk to breakfast and housekeeping, was friendly. The complimentary buffet was generous by free hotel breakfast standards. Thanks for a great stay.

Randy at the front desk made a rushed stop feel easy. I needed to get settled and back on the road quickly, and he moved things along while still greeting me with genuine warmth. He patiently answered my questions, helped with check-in, and made sure I could get back to my car without a fuss. I felt cared for as a guest. That personal attention stood out, especially when service can feel impersonal. I continue to choose Hilton when I travel, and this experience is a good example of why. Please pass along my thanks to Randy. He’s a real asset to the team, and I hope his effort is recognized. I’m grateful for the visit and look forward to staying with Hilton again.

The hotel is in a great spot, and the rooms were very clean and well kept. All the staff were friendly. At breakfast, Judy overheard me tell my husband we don’t eat pork because the hot options all seemed to contain it. She kindly offered to prepare eggs separately for us. That was so thoughtful and accommodating. Thank you, Judy!

The tub wasn’t clean, though I travel with my own cleaning supplies, so I could take care of it easily. Even with that issue, I’d come back and make fuller use of the suite. My family and I stayed here last week for a conference, and we were very impressed with the suite. It was my dog’s first trip, and she settled in quickly. The front desk team was wonderful, and the area felt safe, with local restaurants and shopping nearby. Dorton Arena was only minutes away. Customer service matters a lot to me, and you exceeded expectations for my family. That makes a real difference these days. Keep doing what you do. 🙂
