I'm glad I gave this hotel another try. After my first stay, the owner contacted me personally, listened to my concerns, and asked if I'd come back while they worked on improvements. I'm here again for work, and this visit has been a completely different experience. I got one of the newly renovated rooms. It was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, with a fresh feel and thoughtful updates. You can see real effort has gone into improving the property. I appreciate the owner taking responsibility and making things right. Mistakes happen, and they handled this one well. The improvements impressed me, and I'd feel comfortable staying here again.

The room was disgusting, the gym was closed, and there was a pet pigeon outside my room. The cheap furniture felt like it might break. The chain lock was broken too, so I couldn't use it. The photos look decent, but don't let that fool you like it did me. This place is already sketchy, and I wouldn't stay here again even if my life depended on it. If you want a dirty room and birds harassing you, this is the place. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Good luck with your stay.

We went two days without a hot shower and ended up late for our meeting. When we asked for a comp night in another room because we couldn't bathe, a woman with Manny whispered "NO" while he was on the phone. We paid $250, got no refund, and were offered a discount on another night. Somehow our business was left at the mercy of an unknown whispering woman. They could move us using two rooms, so why couldn't they honor the offer of appropriate accommodation for one night in a single room? We've discussed stopping payment with the bank because of the treatment and what we consider dishonest service from Manny, Ari, and the mystery woman. We'll also contact the main franchise licensing division so this doesn't happen to other travelers, for business or pleasure. It started when we checked in to visit my in-laws and discovered the water was ice cold. After two days on the road, arriving at an expensive dinner without washing wasn't an option, so we had an ice-cold shower. With dinner to get to, we waited until we returned to tell the desk. Around 10:30pm, Ari said the hotel was sold out, but then found us another room. She knew about the water problem and couldn't reach manager/owner Manny. She suggested we try in the morning and offered to move us then. Since we had dogs and were exhausted, we decided to talk with Manny in the morning. Ari was at the desk again in the morning trying to reach him. By the time she got through, she had already checked the water and confirmed it was cold. Manny still refused to comp or refund the room because we had to be at a meeting by 10am. We asked about a comp night in another room since we couldn't shower. Below are photos of a $250 room with no hot water. Travelers, please speak up!

They really live up to the name QUALITY, and the service was amazing. I had an issue with where my room was located, and Hardip Singh quickly moved me to one that suited me better, with no hassle. They're also upgrading the property, and the display in the front lobby looked great. I look forward to coming back and bringing my work crews. Thanks so much again!

The AC was cold, and the new owners say the rooms will be remodeled soon. Still, watch out: if you look "physically able," the man will put you in the hardest room to reach, regardless of what you requested in the Choice app. I mapped it out, so this isn't an exaggeration. The hotel wasn't even close to full. Don't let them put you in a poolside room upstairs, in the middle, farthest from the stairs. UPDATE: The front desk guy said he'd waive my incidentals, but he only said that in the moment. My card was still charged. I don't trust this location or the new owners. I've been a Diamond member with Choice branded hotels for over 12 years, and I'll report this and ask for the Choice branding to be removed.
