We stayed here for the Indian Wells tournament, about a 25 min drive away, and the hotel was close to the airport. There were plenty of nice extras: a pool, a clean and well-maintained gym, free on-site parking, and daily housekeeping available. They also provide a free bucket of golf balls for the driving range next door. Delicious cookies are available every day of your stay, starting with check-in.

The food at the Mira bar was very good, and breakfast at Polanco was good too. The pool views are nice for hanging out. But the place feels empty, even if there are guests around, and it lacks warmth. Even the cookies aren’t warm. The front desk staff could be friendlier and more helpful. The hotel feels aged in the rooms and bathrooms, and the pillows weren’t comfortable.

The property is lovely, with a great gym and an awesome pool area. If you golf, being attached to the course is a big plus, and there are plenty of other restaurants nearby. For the price, though, I think it’s good but not that great. The room itself was fine, but the bathrooms need refreshing. Palm Springs hard water leaves buildup on the taps and shower heads, so they should get extra cleaning. Staff came across a bit cold and didn’t seem to care much, including at check-in and check-out.

The grounds were excellent, the pool beautiful, and the bar prices weren’t bad. Our rooms were lovely, with a great view. The bar staff were amazing, friendly and quick, and did an awesome job with our groups. There was one gentleman who was rather rude and unwelcoming. We said hello when we walked in one evening, but he just scowled and didn’t respond. The next time we saw him, he acted the same way.

We booked a pool cabana through ResortPass and spent a really good day there. The pool was lovely, the gym was decent, and there were plenty of nice amenities. The food and drinks were good too, and the staff were super friendly. I'd come back.
