Bret was outstanding and went above and beyond. The property doesn't put coffee pots in the rooms anymore, so you have to get coffee in the lobby, and that coffee is really bad. I'll call before my next stay to ask if the rooms have coffee pots. If they don't, I won't stay there.

The whole staff was great, and I especially want to thank Jessica. Our company van broke down, and she was understanding when it was time to check out. We weren't pushed out the door like at most places. They gave us time to sort things out and showed some humanity. Thank you so much!

The room was nice and the staff are always friendly. We come here once or twice a year, and this time the free breakfast was really good. The biscuits had a nice crisp outside and were soft inside, not undercooked or hockey pucks like they can be elsewhere. I just wish the scrambled eggs were real eggs instead of powdered.

Everyone else who helped us was fabulous, and my husband later spoke to the assistant manager, who said he would have accommodated us. But the evening clerk refused a simple request for a dining chair so my son and I could prop up our legs. We would have brought it back in the morning, and two other Holiday Inns have let us do that. My son and I can't sleep in a bed, and we all slept terribly. We're new members of your club, and we love your rooms and the rest of the employees.
