The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast each day was very good. Johnny was cheerful, friendly, and accommodating from the moment we checked in. Vincent was thorough and worked hard to meet our needs, and the whole staff were attentive and cordial. My husband and I highly recommend staying here, especially with Johnny and his team.

The beds were comfortable, but the hotel felt a bit creepy when we walked in to complete silence. It could use a refresh, since it’s looking worn. The front desk woman was efficient, though not very hospitable. The location is also awkward, since you have to make a U-turn on 183 to reach it.

I got my incidental money back a couple of days later, but the way it was handled seemed disorganized. Before booking for that same day, I called to ask how much the incidental charge would be and whether cash was accepted. The manager said $50 and that cash was fine. At check-in, I was told it had gone up to $100. Annoying, but I paid $50 cash and $50 by debit card. When I checked out, they returned the $50 cash, but my card had been charged $100 for the incidental. Management seemed all over the place and needs to get things together.

The hotel is clean and quiet, and it’s still a great place to stay. I did notice that the AC filters need checking and the bedside lamps were broken. The location is decent too.

The room was clean and spacious, and Johnny Chaves made check-in much easier for my family and me. His customer service was amazing. I’d recommend Comfort Suite to friends and family. Thank you!
