A great choice for business travelers staying long term. The staff are friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make the stay pleasant.

The rooms are great, and the service made the stay for me. Khang booked my room over the phone and greeted me smiling when I arrived. Amy made some of the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time, and Cecilia was incredibly helpful on my last morning. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in Cedar Rapids from now on. Thanks, y’all!

I spent several weeks here and found the hotel clean, well maintained, and up to date. The bed was comfortable and the other furniture looked nice. The breakfast bar was top-notch, and the service staff were welcoming. I recommend giving this place a chance to earn your business.

The delay wasn’t just a short moment. I waited 15 minutes for food, had to leave for an appointment, then waited two hours for coffee. I appreciate the extra points, thank you. During my stay the hotel was notably quiet, but the hot food trays were empty, there was no coffee, and utensils hadn’t been stocked. I ended up buying breakfast elsewhere. I was told a manager would follow up the next day, since I expected some compensation, but it’s now been three days and I haven’t heard anything. They also said coffee had been replenished after I complained, but it hadn’t. As a Marriott Titanium member who stays at your properties often, I expect a consistent level of service and quality, and this visit didn’t meet it. I still hope a manager gets back to me. Please don’t just apologize and say you’ll work on things like every other negative review. I expect a resolution, such as points. Thank you.
