We were shocked by how Barbera at the front desk handled our concern about my 10-year-old's hair after she went swimming that morning. I called in case there was something wrong with the pool, but instead Barbera immediately said her son and his friends use it every day without this happening. Five minutes later she knocked at our door with her son behind her. I showed her my daughter's hair and stayed polite, but she asked whether my daughter had showered before swimming. When I said not right beforehand, she told me we should have followed the rules. We were stunned by her attitude. When we checked out, she wouldn't give us our receipt, even after I explained I wanted to make sure no extra charges were added. She threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. I told her to go ahead, and she actually called 911. The whole thing was crazy. I wish I knew who owned the place. The officer got our receipt for us and even laughed at her. Needless to say, I'll never stay there again.
