I stay here pretty often because it’s reasonably priced, always clean, and the staff are all really nice. I love staying here.

We were here for a volleyball tournament, and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for anyone with kids. The rooms were dirty and need updating. The hallways were filthy and smelled horrible, as did the rooms. People on our floor apparently lived there, and they were cussing, fighting, smoking weed, and drinking. There were kids in the hallway without adults outside their room. When we loaded the car to leave, the adults were fighting by the hotel’s front door. I told the woman at the front desk, but she did nothing. I disinfected and washed everything before bringing it into my house. We won’t stay here again.

The service was good, but the rooms need some TLC. The refrigerator was so bad I couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was basically carbs, with no protein, eggs, bacon, or sausage. Just waffles you make yourself, bagels, or cereal, and they were out of coffee. It was fine overall, but the details need more attention.

We’ve stopped at Country Inn &Suites by Radisson for 11 years while traveling back and forth to Florida each year. The staff have always been friendly, and we’ve been treated well. The interior was looking old and in need of updates years ago, but we’ve been glad to see improvements lately. The paint, bathroom fixtures, and desks have all been updated, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. The rooms feel cleaner and brighter now. Thank you.
