We've been staying here for the last six months, and it's simply been the best place. Alfred, the manager, has been wonderful. My husband and I are starting over, and he makes us feel at home. Tiffany is always friendly, and the whole staff does their jobs well. The rooms are tidy, and if you need something, they'll get it for you or point you in the right direction. Thank Alfred for being kind and respectful.

The staff were nice, but I couldn't sleep at all in this place. There were roaches everywhere as soon as I entered the first room, so I threw away all my things. They moved me to another room, and it had big roaches too. The tub was clogged, the water was barely warm, the fridge leaked, and there were rats by the trash. The room phone didn't work either, which isn't okay if I needed to contact 911. I didn't feel safe as a paying guest. Trying to get a refund has been like pulling teeth, and I'm overwhelmed by the whole experience. Please don't stay here and spend your hard earned money.

I had a great stay. My room was clean, with comfortable beds and a nicely stocked kitchenette. There was no deposit, and checkout was at 12p. The hallways and interior were clean too. No breakfast, but there are plenty of good places to eat around the DTC area, so that wasn't a problem. I'll be back. I heard that some rooms were said to have roaches, but mine didn't. Guests can bring in dirt and bugs, and hotels do their best to manage pest issues. If you run into a problem, tell the front desk and ask for a room change. I don't blame the front desk attendants for this, since upper management has to handle it. Call corporate if the issue continues.

Cockroaches were running around as soon as I opened the door, and the place was impossible to stay in. When I asked for a refund, the front desk said they couldn't give me one. They wouldn't move me out of that room, even though it was full of roaches. The two or three other rooms they offered also had them, and I saw reports of roaches on both the second and third floors. The front desk staff had a very bad attitude. This hotel is terrible, and I hope the relevant authorities inspect it. I hope this review helps someone.

The replacement room didn't have roaches, but it was still dirty, smelled gross and strange, and had stained sheets. The first room I was given had roaches and wasn't clean either. They said I could get a refund if I left that same night, but it would take 3-5 business days. I had no choice but to stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and won't come back.
